Lephalale TVET College Nsfas Application Require Documents 2025/2026

The following documents are to be submitted by students when applying for a bursary:

4 certified copies of the student’s ID
Both parents/guardians’s Certified ID copies
Both parents/Guardians proof of income (latest payslips/pension card/child support grant card)
Affidavit by parents/guardian if unemployed
Certified copy of death certificates if mother and/or father are deceased
Proof of address (utility bill or letter from Councilor)
Certified copy of your landlord’s ID copy if renting private accommodation.

Consent Form: Download, complete and sign the form
SA Identity Document: Certified copy ID(not older than 3 months, Certified copies of parent/s or guardian ID or Death certificate
Proof of Income: Only if the non-SASSA recipient
PWD(Persons with Disability): Complete disability form (Annexure A)
